These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and tra777 ("tra777," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at tra777.app, including all games, services, promotions, and features available thereon. tra777 is operated in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations under the PAGCOR framework.
tra777 is strictly available to players who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
tra777 services are intended for players located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Each player may maintain only one tra777 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. tra777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

1.1 To register and use tra777, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino operations.
1.2 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are a natural person residing in the Philippines; (c) you are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by tra777 or any Philippine gaming authority; and (d) online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence.
1.3 tra777 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time stipulated will result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals.
1.4 If it is determined that a player is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and any winnings will be forfeited.
1.5 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of tra777, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to open a player account or participate in any promotion offered by tra777.
2.1 Each player may register only one (1) account on tra777. The operation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tra777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.4 tra777 implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS card) and proof of address before processing any withdrawal.
2.5 tra777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds, winnings, or credits associated with it to any third party.
2.6 You must notify tra777 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.1 tra777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). tra777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods.
3.2 Deposits are generally credited to your tra777 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. tra777 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. tra777 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within the same business day; withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to three (3) banking days.
3.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees are as published on the tra777 Cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
3.5 tra777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be withheld pending investigation and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
3.6 Deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
4.1 tra777 offers various bonuses and promotional campaigns, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal may be made. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
4.3 Bonuses are issued in good faith and may not be combined unless expressly stated. tra777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, exploitation, or if the Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms.
4.4 tra777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid only for the period specified and cannot be claimed retroactively.
4.5 Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits through tra777's responsible gaming tools will not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers for the duration of their self-imposed restrictions.
5.1 All games offered on tra777 use certified random number generators ("RNGs") or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes overseen by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action.
5.2 You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or devices in connection with your use of tra777. You agree not to collude with other players, exploit software bugs, or engage in any form of cheating or fraudulent play.
5.3 tra777 reserves the right to void bets, reverse winnings, and permanently close the accounts of any players found to have engaged in the prohibited conduct described in Clause 5.2.
5.4 In the event of a malfunction or error in any game (whether caused by software, hardware, or network failure), all affected bets and payouts shall be void. tra777 will not be liable for losses resulting from such malfunctions.

7.1 All content on tra777.app — including software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, and text — is the exclusive property of tra777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any tra777 content without express written permission.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tra777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming credits.
8.2 tra777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1 tra777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) tra777 is required to do so by law or regulatory order; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; or (d) the account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.
9.2 Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the Player's account may be forfeited at tra777's discretion. Upon termination for any other reason, verified balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
10.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to contact tra777 support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. tra777 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days.
11.1 tra777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at tra777.app/terms-conditions with the applicable revision date.
11.2 Your continued use of tra777 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
